A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on the merits of Porter Barn Wood, LLC’s (“Complainant’s”) claim against SDP Development, LLC’s (“Respondent’s”) contractor’s license for nonpayment under A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(10). At the hearing, Complainant’s and Respondent’s representatives agreed to a settlement to resolve their differences, the essential terms of which were read onto the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on this date at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
