The matter came before the Administrative Law Judge on May 30, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors was represented by Assistant Attorney General John Tellier; Gregory Williams, Esq., appeared on behalf of Complainant; Barry Aylstock, Esq. appeared on behalf of Respondent. Respondent orally renewed its motion for a continuance which was denied by the Tribunal. Respondent therefore elected to withdraw its appeal and vacate the subject hearing. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, June 18, 2018.
