At the time and place set for hearing after all the testimony was taken, the parties agreed to attempt to resolve the matter via Respondent performing corrective work by September 24, 2017. The Registrar of Contractors investigator Russell Reed will perform an inspection of the corrective work on September 26, 2017. The parties agreed that by the close of business on September 28, 2017. Complainant would advise the Tribunal in writing whether the matter was resolved or the record should be closed for issuance of a recommended decision. Done this day, September 6, 2017.
