At the time set for hearing, the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing scheduled for November 30, 2017, was not necessary. Complainant also requested that the hearing be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
