Jim Garcia (“Complainant”) has not filed a response to the Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ’s”) July 12, 2017 minute entry order. Therefore, pursuant to the order, the ALJ infers that Respondent Rooter Hero Phoenix Inc. DBA: Rooter Hero Plumbing has resolved the complaint that Complainant filed with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) to Complainant’s satisfaction. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on August 2, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 21, 2017.
