On February 23, 2018, Complainant filed a Stipulation to Close Complaint and Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which she indicated that this matter had been resolved and that she wished to close the case against Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for March 28, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, February 28, 2018.
