IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The parties’ attorneys have stipulated to dismiss the Citation for alleged violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(10), to vacate the settlement conference scheduled at the Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) office on April 6, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., and to vacate the administrative hearing scheduled at the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) on May 2, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on May 2, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. at OAH. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action, including that the settlement conference scheduled on April 6, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated. Done this day, April 5, 2017.
