IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 30, 2017, Complainant and Respondent filed a Stipulation to and with Dismiss Claim without Prejudice and to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearing in which the parties advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, and Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in the matter, and the hearing scheduled for July 7, 2017, at 1:00 PM is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. DONE this day, July 3, 2017.
