When no update was received, a Minute Entry – Granting Continuance was issued on May 31, 2018, ordering a new status update to be due by June 15, 2018. The Minute Entry also stated, “If the parties fail to provide a status update by June 15, 2018, the matters will be vacated.” To date, no status update has been received. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
