IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date pursuant to advance notice issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). The Registrar’s investigator and Get Floored, Inc.’s (“Respondent’s”) representative appeared, but not Timothy James Allen (“Complainant”). Respondent’s representative stated that Respondent had performed all necessary repairs and that, as a result, Complainant had paid Respondent the final payment on the project. The Registrar’s investigator stated that Complainant did not appear at the scheduled prehearing inspection. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 24, 2017.
