Based on a recent filing in the above-entitled matter by the Recovery Fund, the Administrative Law Judge, makes the following minute entry: The Recovery Fund has issued an Amended Notice of Recovery Fund Payout which has not been appealed. The Amended Recovery Fund Payout is therefore final and this matter pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is moot. For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
