John Wilson Magarrell has not responded to Granite Tech, LLC’s notice of settlement, despite the June 9, 2017 minute entry order that required him to do so if he still wanted a hearing on the merits of the complaint that he filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on July 11, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. in the Registrar’s Flagstaff office. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, June 19, 2017.
