IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 28, 2017, counsel for Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing and Remand to Registrar with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant requested that the hearing be vacated and the matter remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar). Complainant specifically indicated that the matter had not been settled at this time. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 6, 2017.
