Black has informed the Arizona Registrar of Contractors that he and his wife have resolved the complaint that they filed against Respondent Arizona Roofing Systems with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on July 10, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
