IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 28, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) forwarded a filed a Notice of Resolution and Stipulation for Dismissal of Complaint to the Office of Administrative Hearings that had been received by the Registrar in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for August 2, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, June 29, 2017.
