On June 27, 2017, Complainant filed a motion to vacate the hearings with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues and the hearings were not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearings in the above-entitled matters are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
