IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the record had been scheduled on this date. Landscape Concepts LLC’s (“Respondent’s”) representatives indicated that they thought that it had corrected the workmanship at issue to Patrick Dupoux’s (“Complainant’s”) satisfaction. The Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) Timothy Pennington advised the parties that applicable statute required licensed contractors to warranty their work for two years after performing such work. Complainant stated on the record that although Respondent had performed substantial repairs, certain items still required further correction, but that because he trusted Respondent to perform the remaining repairs, he was willing to withdraw the complaint that he had filed with the Registrar of Contractors. Respondent’s representatives promised to perform the remaining repairs. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 12, 2017.
