At the hearing, the record reflected that Respondent had not been afforded an

opportunity to correct its work prior to the issuance of a Citation. In light of the

foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the record in this matter be held open until the close of

business on December 5, 2016 to permit Respondent time to arrange for corrective

work on the front porch roof as well as a compliance inspection by Jim Diamond, if

appropriate. If a compliance inspection is conducted, the Tribunal would appreciate

being informed in writing of the results of the compliance inspection by the close of

business on December 5, 2016.
