Specifically, the Registrar of Contractors agreed to reduce the fine associated with Respondent’s Civil Penalty for unlicensed contracting from $2,500.00 to $250.00. Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in this matter be vacated and the file remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
