The Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) has filed a motion to vacate the hearing because it has approved Viking Specialty Services LLC DBA: Viking Specialty Contracting’s new qualifying party application, which resolves all matters in dispute. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on April 11, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
