Settlement Conference on January 23, 2018, the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. The Registrar advises that all the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement have been fully satisfied and compiled with. Complainant Registrar of Contractors advised, therefore, that the Citation and Complaint be dismissed. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
