IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Counsel for the Registrar has advised, on the record, that at the parties’ Settlement Conference on January 23, 2018, a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter was reached. The Registrar advises that all the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement have been fully satisfied and compiled with. Complainant, Registrar of Contractors, advised therefore, that the Citation and Complaint should be dismissed. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
