The Respondent filed the attached document with the Office of Administrative Hearings which includes an Order of Closing in Docket No. 2017A-89-ROMC-ROC. The Order of Closing states that Respondent and the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) agreed to vacate the hearing in Docket No. 2016-5145-ROC. The Office of Administrative Hearings has not received a motion to vacate Docket No. 2016A-5145-ROC from the Registrar. Therefore, the record shall be reopened in this matter to allow the Registrar the opportunity to file a motion to vacate the hearing or otherwise provide clarity regarding the status of the Citation issued in this matter.
