IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 24, 2018, the Registrar of Contractors filed a motion with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings to vacate the April 25, 2018, hearing indicating the parties had reached a settlement and that it sought to close the case against Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for April 25, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, April 24, 2018.
