The Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has forwarded notice from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona that C R S I, Inc. (“Respondent”) has filed for protection under the federal bankruptcy code in Case No. 2:17-bk-00864. Fine Line Concrete Cutting, LLC’s (“Complainant”) complaint that Respondent failed to pay Complainant for materials or services rendered in connection with its contracting business, therefore potentially furnishing cause to revoke to suspend Respondent’s license under A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(10), is subject to the automatic stay imposed by the bankruptcy court. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on March 6, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 3, 2017.
