On March 28, 2017, Complainant filed a letter with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties have resolved all outstanding issues in this matter, and the Complainant requests the matter be closed and stated the teleconference hearing scheduled in Tucson on April 6, 2017, at 1:00 pm, is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. DONE this day, April 3, 2017.
