On June 2, 2017, Complainant’s Counsel filed a Notice of Settlement/Notice of Withdrawal of Complaint by Homeowners with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 12, 2017, at 8:30am is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
