administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Page 1, ¶ 4, of the Decision lists March 22, 2016 as the date Mr. Hershbain and Back to Basics

entered into a kitchen remodeling contract for $61,072.26. However, the date Mr. Hershbain and Back to

Basics entered into a kitchen remodeling contract was March 3, 2016.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

For sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby replaces March 22, 2016, found on page 1, ¶ 4, of the

Decision with March 3, 2016. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law

Judge Decision, which becomes effective on May 29, 2017.
