Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the
Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.
MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION
The administrative law judge decision recommended that the complaint against JGL Consulting,
LLC, be closed because Complainant, Johnny Lee Bennett, failed to provide Respondent access to
comply with the written directive. Pg 4, P 1 under the RECOMMENDED ORDER. The administrative
law judge found that Complainant would not allow Respondent to enter the property. Pg 3, P 3. The
administrative law judge held that respondent cannot be held responsible for workmanship issues where it
was denied access to correct the issues. Pg 4, P 4.
The Registrar modifies the decision to dismiss the complaint against JGL Consulting, LLC’s
license no. 274797 because the administrative law judge found that Respondent was denied access to
perform corrective work. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies the administrative law judge’s decision to dismiss the complaint. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the administrative law judge decision, which becomes
