IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 14, 2017, the Respondent filed the attached stipulated motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for April 4, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 17, 2017.
