IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Registrar having filed its Motion to Vacate on October 18, 2018 advised that on October 18, 2018, the Registrar issued a Notice and Order quashing the previous payout order that formed the basis of this hearing. The Registrar intends to issue a revised Notice of Administrative Payout. For the forgoing reasons, the Registrar moved this matter be vacated. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that this matter shall be and is hereby ordered vacated from the calendar of the Office of Admistrtive Hearings. Further IT IS ORDERED remanding this case to the Registrar for such further action as may be necessary and reasonable. Done this day, October 18, 2018.
