On December 27, 2016, Complainant sent an email to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the account had been paid in full. As the hearing currently scheduled for January 23, 2017, no longer appear to be necessary, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
