On March 1, 2017, Complainant notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for March 6, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
