At the time of the hearing, the parties indicated that they reached an agreement on all outstanding matters; specifically, Respondent would pay Complainant an agreed settlement amount to be received no later than July 19, 2017, at 5:00 PM. If Complainant provided no notice to the Office of Administrative Hearings that the agreed settlement was not received by this date, then Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
