IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 7, 2017, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) forwarded a communication from Complainants to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainants advised that Respondent had performed the corrective work, Complainants were satisfied with the corrective work, and the hearing currently scheduled for March 28, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the ROC for further action. Done this day, March 7, 2017.
