On March 6, 2017, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) forwarded an email from Complainant to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that Respondent performed the corrective work, Complainant was satisfied with the corrective work, and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the ROC for further action. Done this day, March 7, 2017.
