IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 18, 2017, the Respondent filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for January 19, 2017, was not necessary. On January 19, 2017, Complainant advised the Office of Administrative Hearings that it was not opposed to the motion to vacate the hearing. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
