On November 29, 2016, the Complainants filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainants advised they were withdrawing their complaint and the hearing currently scheduled for January 12, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, December 6, 2016.
