IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 29, 2016, the Registrar of Contractors filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar of Contractors advised that Respondent has withdrawn his appeal of the Registrar’s denial of his Application for Qualifying Party Exemption. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 29, 2016.
