On July 31, 2017, Complainants, by and through their attorney, filed Complainants’ Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainants advised that they will seek their recourse in the civil court. Complainants also advised dismissal will save the parties the expense of attending a hearing and that the hearing currently scheduled for August 3, 2017, is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, July 31, 2017.
