On January 10, 2017, Complainant filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that Respondent cured the violations alleged in the citation and complaint and a hearing was no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 10, 2017.
