The Tribunal held the hearing on this matter until August 10, 2018, to allow the parties to submit any additional evidence regarding the subject contract price in this case and to respond to any such additional evidence submitted. Both Complainant and Respondent submitted additional evidence in that regard. However, it has come to the attention of the Tribunal that it appears that Respondent neglected to send a copy of its additional submitted evidence to Complainant. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the record shall remain open until September 7, 2018, to allow Complainant an opportunity to respond if she so chooses to Respondent’s additional submitted evidence.
