IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 18, 2017, Respondent filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for January 23, 2017, was not necessary. Respondent attached a copy of the Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement signed by Complainant and Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 18, 2017.
