On January 27, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors submitted a document to the Office of Administrative Hearings wherein Complainant advised that all outstanding issues had been resolved in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for February 1, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 27, 2017.
