Complainants Robert and Barbara McCann have informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that they have withdrawn the complaint that they filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) pursuant to their settlement with Respondent Brilar Homes LLC. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on February 10, 2017, at 4:00 p.m., as well as any hearing on the merits that could have been scheduled. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, February 6, 2017.
