IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

As discussed at the hearing that was held on February 2, 2107, the record in this matter was held open to allow Complainant to obtain a subpoena and submit documentation relating to his complaint from the concrete supplier that would support his claim that Respondent had installed a new concrete slab at his residence in October 2014. Upon receipt of said documentation, the matter would be reopened to allow Respondent to address the additional evidence. To date, the only documentation submitted by Complainant is delivery documentation for ready mixed concrete delivered to his residence on May 28, 2014, and May 29, 2014. As this documentation is not related to the complaint at issue, there is no need to reconvene the hearing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED the record is closed as of April 27, 2017.
