IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time and place set for hearing, the parties agreed to hold the record open for one week so Complainant could ascertain whether her husband wanted to permit Respondent to correct the tile grout in the hallway, which was the only item left to be completed stemming from the May 17, 2017 Directive. The parties further agreed that if Complainant allowed this Respondent to do this corrective work, the record would be held open until November 20, 2017 to permit time for corrective work and a post-hearing inspection by Senior Investigator Lawton. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the record be held open until at least the close of business on November 6, 2017 and possibly until November 20, 2017 depending on what Complainant decides regarding corrective work.
