A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on the complaint that Teresa and Karun Loonpe had filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). At the beginning of the hearing, the Registrar’s investigator assigned to this case, Timothy Pennington, informed the Administrative Law Judge that the parties had reached a settlement. Desert Valley Plastering LLC’s (“Respondent’s”) representative recited the terms of the settlement on the record. Complainants agreed to withdraw their complaint on the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
