On November 22, 2016, Complainant filed a notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he wished to withdraw the complaint against Respondent in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 5, 2016, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
