A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. During the parties’ presentation of evidence, they requested a recess to discuss their differences. After the recess, Sigma Homes LLC’s (“Respondent’s”) attorney recited the terms of their settlement onto the record. Cheryl Lynn Macy (“Complainant”) agreed to withdraw the complaint that she had filed with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
